A new "latest project" has been added to our website with an example of the Plans and Working Drawings we provide. in the coming days we will be adding photos of the building work as it continues to progress to a very high standard. Our success is based upon excellent customer service, and advice on all aspects of the project from design to completion. We offer an affordable fixed fee service by using online meetings between clients and our team of dedicated designers.
Following the opening of two new offices we need to recruit a Sales Manager and Sales/Survey consultants in additional areas to expand our business.
We wish to employ Professional Sales People who want to be rewarded for what they achieve, control their own income and are willing to work hard to achieve this. The role requires visiting clients in the homes to discuss their requirements, taking measurements and photographs and confirming quotations for our services. Experience in sales or construction would be an advantage but not strictly necessary.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience in selling Kitchens, Conservatories, Windows, or fitted bedrooms, but wants to escape the high pressure selling environment of these industries and the long unsocial hours spent in show rooms. We are an ethical company, there is no cold calling or pressure selling and all our appointments are confirmed.
You will need to be a car driver ( expenses paid ) to visit clients in the homes
We would expect you to achieve first year earnings of £ 25000 - £ 30000 with unlimited earning potential.

"MPs have been urged to back a local opt-out for controversial planning changes in England, ahead of a vote.
Ministers want to double the maximum size to which home extensions can be built without planning permission, in a bid to boost construction." a report from the BBC. Also note there are many clauses to these and this doesnt mean anyone can build upto 8m. We'll be keeping a close ear to the ground to check progess of this argument in Government today.

you cant beat the sound of someone drilling concrete whilst your on the telephone!! Jack Hammer known in the trade as Kango working hard to break through the Autoclaved Cellular Concrete or Blue Concrete. Basically very very tough concrete. AAC is produced using no aggregate larger than sand. Quartz sand, lime, and/or cement and water are used as a binding agent. Aluminum powder is also used giving it the blue color. The material was perfected in the mid-1920s by Dr. Johan Axel Eriksson, an architect.
